Casa Dagnino is a place to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your inner balance.

Casa Dagnino is a place to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your inner balance.

Nestled in the Tuscan countryside, Casa Dagnino was born from a dream: to create a place where people can slow down, reconnect with nature, and return to what truly matters.

Through retreats, workshops, immersive experiences, and moments of community living, we offer a space to restore harmony between body, mind, and nature, fostering authentic connections, a sense of belonging, and a deeper relationship with oneself, others, and the natural world.

Casa Dagnino is a place that cares for both the land and the people who spend time here.

Our vision is to restore and nurture a living relationship between people and nature. Through regenerative land stewardship, habitat restoration, creativity, and shared experiences, we are cultivating a place where both ecosystems and communities can thrive.

Bees are at the heart of this work. Marco brings many years of experience in organic beekeeping, and together we care for hives that support pollination, biodiversity, and the health of the surrounding landscape. By protecting bees and their habitat, we hope to contribute to a more resilient and regenerative future.

Some people come here to rest, others to find clarity, and others to share a meaningful experience with a community of like-minded people.

Dance, mindful movement, time in nature, and moments of connection offer opportunities to listen more deeply, reconnect with oneself, and rediscover a sense of presence and vitality.

A day might begin with a movement practice or a walk down to the lake just below the house, unfold through workshops, conversations, and quiet moments, and end around a shared table, with a sunset dance or an evening beneath the stars.

Here, simple things regain their value: time spent in nature, genuine conversation, silence, creativity, and the joy of belonging.

Above the house, overlooking the valley, our wooden dance floor is home to many memorable moments during the workshops, retreats, and events we host throughout the year. Surrounded by nature and open skies, it offers a beautiful outdoor space for movement and gathering together.

Here, the boundaries between practice and landscape begin to soften. The warmth of the sun, the breeze on your skin, the changing colours of the sky, and the sounds of birdsong and rustling leaves become part of the experience, inviting a deeper sense of presence and connection.

A short walk away are our glamping tents, for those who would like to stay close to nature while enjoying a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Casa Dagnino is a place to slow down, connect and transform.

Casa Dagnino is an emerging space for retreats, trainings and gatherings in nature. We welcome yoga teachers, movement practitioners, meditation groups, facilitators, artists and community builders who are looking for a place to host meaningful experiences.

Whether you are planning a retreat, a training, a workshop or a community event, we would love to hear from you.

The rooms and shared spaces at Casa Dagnino are simple, comfortable, and welcoming. We have restored the old Tuscan farmhouse with care, preserving its character while creating a place where people can relax, rest, and feel at home.

Accommodation includes single and shared rooms, a couple of apartments, and cotton glamping tents for those who enjoy being even closer to nature.

Our indoor hall is a beautifully restored former barn with a terracotta floor and high ceilings. While it has not yet been converted into a fully insulated year-round space, during the warmer months it provides a versatile setting for movement practices, workshops, gatherings, creative activities, and shared moments of community life.

Wherever you stay, you'll be surrounded by beautiful panoramas, gardens, and open spaces that are part of everyday life at Casa Dagnino.

You’ll find us in the heart of the Tuscan countryside.

In the heart of the Tuscan Apennines, surrounded by forests and rolling hills, Casa Dagnino is located between Pieve Santo Stefano and Anghiari, close to Lake Montedoglio, in a part of Tuscany where nature still shapes the rhythm of daily life.

Here, the seasons are deeply felt. Life unfolds among woodlands, walking trails, bees, vegetable gardens, and the lake in the valley below.

Casa Dagnino grew from a desire to share this place with others. It is a simple and welcoming space where people can gather, learn, celebrate, rest, and spend time close to nature. A place for those who feel the need to slow down, take a breath, and reconnect—with themselves, with others, and with the living world around them.
